About
Casper Steinfath grew up in Klitmøller in northern Denmark - aka 'Cold Hawaii' - with his Danish mother and American father. It was in his hometown that he discovered his passion and undoubtable talent for Stand-Up Paddling.
Since then, Casper Steinfath has put Denmark firmly on the SUP world map, becoming the first European to win a Stand-Up World Series event when he won the 2016 Victoria Cup in Japan. Highlights from his time competing in the APP World Tour include his victory at the 2017 and 2019 Red Bull Heavy Water event, the most extreme SUP race in the world and his title as 2019 World Champion.
Casper has pushed the limits of stand-up paddling not only on the APP World Tour but elsewhere. For example, he became the first person to stand-up paddle solo across the Skagerrak, the 130km stretch of treacherous water that divides Denmark from Norway. Let’s see what Casper achieves next.
