About the Nautical Mile
APP’s Nautical Mile is a corporate challenge concept that brings together local communities from major Financial and Business Districts across the world. Participating companies will compete in a unique Team Relay format, inspiring healthy lifestyles, while also encouraging teamwork and camaraderie in the workplace.
What is it?
This race is all about teamwork! Companies will form teams of 6 colleagues who each paddle a 300m course as part of a relay towards their Team's Nautical Mile (1.8km). In this unique elimination format, the top performing teams will progress through the rounds, to the Finals with a chance to take the Nautical Mile Title.
The competition will feature a unique elimination format, that pools together Teams, where the best of the best will rise to the top. It also encourages inclusive participation, with no barrier to entry and participation opportunities for all. The Nautical Mile brings work colleagues together for a fun day of activity and action.
