Mehdi Oudani was born and raised in Oualidia, Morocco. Growing up in a town known for its oysters, living in a house right by the beach, it is no surprise that Mehdi began surfing when he was just 5 years old. He spent his childhood on the beach, often waking up super early to go before school. After a break from surfing, on a flat day in 2014, Medhi took a SUP board out on to the water for the first time and instantly fell in love with the sport.

Since then, he won first place at the Dar Bouazza SUP Open in Morocco, finished 13th in Euro SUPA, and ranked 9th in the APP Gran Canaria SUP open. At the moment, Mehdi is in South Morocco training for competitions whilst working in a Surf Camp.
