About
Michael Booth is known as the ‘Aussie SUP Powerhouse’ and for good reason as he has perpetually dominated the sport internationally. He grew up in a small town called Caves Beach on the East Coast of Australia, which is where the nurturing of a waterman began. Michael began paddling probe boards at age 6 and started ski paddling at age 15, but only paddled on a SUP for the first time when he was 23. The rest was history.
Since he turned pro in 2016, Michael has become 3 X Australian Distance Champion, 3 X European World Champion and most recently APP World Tour Distance Champion for 2019 and is widely considered as one of the best distance paddlers of all time.
