For most of you out there, getting into the water is a no go, but you can still get your SUP fix at home and APP is here to help you get it. From podcasts, workouts and connecting with your favourite athletes, we have collated ways to prevent your week going by without plenty of SUP entertainment, so read on to find out how.

1. Immersed TV
The second episode of Immersed TV is airing this week on Wednesday at 10am EST. Dreu Murin will be looking back at the 2019 surfing and racing season. Dreu will be joined by World Racing Champions Seychelle and Casper Steinfath and surfers Daniel Hughes and Shakira Westdorp as they look back on 2019 and prepare for 2020. Zane Kekoa Schweitzer is bringing you another #DeepBlueLifeTip and Dreu will be telling you about his top 3 SUP podcasts to keep you even more entertained.

2. BOOTHCAST
APP’s very own Michael Booth has been talking his way through our quarantine boredom with his BOOTHCAST. He interviews athletes who have inspired him throughout his career, many of his guests being APP competitors. Coming up this week on BOOTHCAST are three world class APP athletes... lucky you.

3. Paddle Monster Paddle Training
Need a daily SUP dose? Paddle Monster hosts a Facebook live every day at 3pm EST, which includes classes like land drills, yoga, mindfulness and balance, which you can easily follow at home. They are led by APP World Champion Seychelle and SUP coach Larry Cain.
Seychelle is taking classes:
Monday 13th April: Core Workout
Saturday 18th April: Yoga class

4. Paddlecast
SUP Racer has created a Quatantine Edition of Paddlecast to supply your daily fix of SUP goodness. Chris Parker delves deep with all of your favourite APP athletes from Fiona Wylde to Connor Baxter talking adventure, quarantine and competing released every 24 hours.

5. Paddle Logger Film Festival
Over the past week, Paddle Logger have been hosting a virtual Ocean Adventure Film Festival, where each day they have shared a new film and where you can watch it. Films have included APP athlete’s Casper Steinfath’s “Skagerrak” and there is a bonus film being released tomorrow, so you can still get a taste of the action this week and have an SUP film marathon with the films they have already released.
