APP World Tour Postpones Morocco Pro-Am Until 2022 Due to Global Travel Restrictions

The APP World Tour today announces the postponement of the Morocco Pro-Am until 2022 due to the ongoing complications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Morocco Pro-Am, scheduled for 10th - 15th November, was due to be the opening leg of the SUP Surfing World Tour, but with entry into Morocco still very restricted it has been deemed the best decision for all involved to call the event off for 2021. November was deemed too early to host an event of this scale with numerous complications at Morocco's border.

The APP World Tour and its local partners are still very committed to the event and have confirmed it will take place in early 2022 with exact dates to be announced in the coming weeks.

Although the APP are disappointed to not be heading to Morocco for a leg of the SUP Surfing tour in 2021, they are excited to be working towards delivery in 2022 and beyond.

The first stop of the SUP Surfing Tour will be the third edition of the Gran Canaria Pro-Am scheduled for 21st - 28th November, which will be followed by Sunset Beach in January 2022.
