APP World Tour to Host Free SUP Experience this October in London

The APP World Tour, together with Canary Wharf Arts+Events, is hosting a free Stand-up Paddling experience on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October in the heart of the iconic Canary Wharf, London, where novices and experts alike will be fully immersed into the incredible SUP lifestyle.

Both days will offer free introductory paddle sessions, fun racing and SUP yoga, giving you a unique access to the many facets of the sport for free. Whether you have a competitive edge, prefer something more relaxing or have always wanted to try paddle boarding there is something for you in this all-inclusive experience!

No experience is required to take part, as on hand will be APP World Champion Casper Steinfath and Spanish Champion Susak Molinero to offer winning tips and advice. All you need is to feel comfortable in the water and you will be coached by the world's elite who will whip you into shape.

The APP is ensuring that the event is compliant with the recently introduced Covid-19 measures, so each lesson will be restricted to four people. It is also recommended to bring a mask to the event, in order for the day to be safe for all. 

SUP Taster Session, Middle Dock Taster sessions daily at 10-10.45am, 11–11.45am, 12noon-12.45pm, 2-2.45pm, 3–3.45pm & 4–4.45pm

SUP Yoga, Middle Dock Whether you’re a yoga addict or not, join the APP for a new form of yoga: yoga on a paddle board! There will be morning and lunchtime sessions each day, at 9am and 1pm. Each session will be an hour long.

As well as getting a free and fun pathway into the sport you will get the opportunity to meet the best of the best in the industry, Casper Steinfath and Susak Molinero, to get insight into the life of a seasoned APP Professional. We hope to see you there!
